Missing Parts - Want a refund

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE & COMPANY: Ordered this before Thanksgiving and just received a couple parts on December 28 & January 9 which was supposed to be a Christmas present. I want a refund as we would like to send back all the unopened boxes.

Still have not received several pieces which it says we received one shipment on December 24 which we never did. When I ordered this, Reviews were great, I made sure it was good to return and get refunded and the website indicated money back guarantee - 90 day return - free returns.

NOW, the reviews are all horrible and return policy says no refunds - only store credit which I will NEVER order from this company again. Customer Support will only send back AI auto generated emails with nothing to do about the Return.

Contacted them a couple times before going thru pissed off consumer and never got a response. They finally responded thru this avenue but after sending what they asked for, Ive yet to receive a follow up.

Im not even asking for a refund just simply want the defective equipment replaced. They have a few more days and then i will be contacting my CC company to dispute the charge.

After multiple attempts to contact customer service I gave up. All I needed was a new light strip because ours isnt working si we really arent getting any benefits.

When I filled out their form i told them I wanted to return the sauna. Their auto reply said it was over 90 days since purchase. It has only been 15 days.

Seems like a scam. I wouldnt recommend them to anyone.
