Poor. Frustrating. Non-communicative.
The saga and torture continues. I have now sent 37 emails requesting cancellation for a product that has not shipped and still...the same old automated responses with not one single human ever responding.The company seems to have developed quite the track record for taking folks money and not delivering product as seen through many social media complaints.
I attempted to cancel an order about 20 minutes after placing it on April 13, 2026. The order still has not shipped, and I cannot get the order canceled.
The phone number is a useless recorded message, and all the email responses are automated and equally useless.
The company is actually nothing but a scam and ought to be shut down for bilking consumers. Robbery.

All I have is one simple question. And yet, you guys missed a sale of a neurocover pro chiller, as i'm already an owner of an older chiller, but you guys have no customer service

Company sent me color instructions and I was able to figure it out. Don’t give up until they hear you.
I have been emailing them since I got the item months ago. No answer.
First, I bought it at $350 special, then it went down to $250 by the next week. That's not fair. Second, I'm missing 4 poles, and it's been a mission for any answer. They have not got back to me.
Now I have the bottom only done; this is too much to be treating customers like this. They need to reach back, or they can take their sauna and refund me as soon as possible.

Absolutely without hyperbole the worst company on the planet. No live people. No responses, and a string of dishonest emails.

Below is the email I received regarding my Nurecover chiller. The unit worked for only about two months, and I then spent several more months exchanging emails with Nurecover representatives in an attempt to resolve the issue.
Throughout that process, I repeatedly received information that was misleading, inconsistent, or unreliable. Based on my experience, I would caution anyone considering purchasing a Nurecover product. I believe my purchase was a waste of money, and the customer service experience only made matters worse. I would also encourage potential customers to pay close attention to any changes in company or brand names.
Nurecover just sold in August 2026. Given the amount of negative customer feedback associated with the Nurecover name, consumers should carefully research the company behind any newly branded products before making a purchase.

I was trying to call the company and talk to a rep, but was advised I needed to give them my credit card info and pay $5 and then would be billed monthly. I dont feel I should have to pay to speak with someone about an item I purchased from them that wasnt the size as advertised.

She is not able to tell the temperature on the inside and is hesitant to get inside if someone could please contact me that would be nice. Ive reached out every way

They're not answering the phone. I think they scammed me.

Wrong product received

What was advertised (Sauna Pro) is not what I received (Compact). I've been emailing the company asking how to return free as advertised in 90 days.
No one has given me info on how to return free. I was told they now only make the compact model! Advertising is very misleading. I have been offered a $100 credit on my next order.
I didn't receive the product advertised that I ordered and am not interested in another future order.
Still thinking I will return the compact model but need info on how to proceed with free return. I would possibly consider keeping the compact model IF I am given $100 refund since received wrong product and all the hassle trying to get prompt convenient customer service.

Needing them to fix my order

- - They swapped a free pod for a plunge and received a customized link.
- - Sauna arrived in 5 days, plunge missing and no response after a month.
I had a sauna in my cart, and they called me. I was debating on the pod or the plunge, and so when they called, I asked if I could switch the free pod for the plunge, and they agreed.
They sent me a link that was customized so I could get the free plunge along with the big two-person sauna. I submitted the order, and I received the sauna within 5 days, and I was missing the plunge. It said it was still in transit. Five days after my plunge was delivered, still nothing.
So I reached out to customer service through the email, and they said they fixed it and sent a new pod.
I let them know I was told I was getting a plunge, and they refused to fix it. It's been almost a month, and they are now not responding to my email.
